Brave Haus Wellness
Start living for the weekday.
Dear Weary Worker,
The daily grind is an equal opportunity offender. When ‘living for the weekend’ is so engrained in our culture, it’s important to restore rest and wellness into your everyday.
The heart and soul of the wellness program at Brave Haus is to help our members actually enjoy the Monday through Friday life. Our weekly workshops and wellness activities serve as a gentle reminder not to neglect the self-care you so deserve. When you're well, your work is better!
What’s Included
All memberships at Brave Haus include free weekly wellness activities, workshops, healthy snacks, and community connection.
Workshops
Overview
Monthly interactive presentations brought to you by our in-Haus Registered Dietitian are a fun and productive way to spend a 30 minute work-day break. A great opportunity to learn something new and there is usually free food involved! Some of the topics covered include:
Nutrition Education
Health Screenings
Intuitive Eating Concepts
Hands-On Meal Prep
Plant-Based Recipes & Tastings
Goal Setting, Accountability, & Follow Up
Activities
Overview
You know they say that, “Sitting is the new smoking,” right? Instead of taking a 15-minute break in a chair, staring down at a device, we offer simple ways to bring movement into the workday. With the beautiful Water Works Park just around the corner, these activities are often outdoors!
Stretch Breaks
Group Walks
Pilates
Mindfulness & Gratitude
Participation in Community 5K Races
Healthy Snacks
Overview
Uber Eats is cool but so are budgets.
Not only do we provide a clean space to cook and store a fresh meal, but the pantry is stocked weekly with fresh fruits and pick-me-up snacks [with ingredients you can pronounce]. Some of our favs include:
Hippeas
Skinny Pop Popcorn
Bars - Kind, Lara, and Nature’s Bakery Fig (so good!)
Bada Bean Bada Boom
Justin’s Peanut Butter
Stretch Island Fruit Leather
Community

We make an effort to build community amongst our coworkers. It’s kind of like having regular coworkers, minus the stuffy staff meetings. A few things that matter to us include:
Celebrating holidays
Volunteering locally
Hosting at least 1 communal outing or special event per quarter
